Refund Policy

Refund Policy for HTRDCS Institute & IT Management College

At HTRDCS Institute & IT Management College, we strive to provide quality educational services. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses or programs.

Course Fee Refunds

  • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
  • Refund requests will only be considered in cases where the institute is unable to offer the enrolled course or program.
  • No refunds will be provided for students who voluntarily withdraw after admission or after the commencement of classes.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • In rare cases of double payment or technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the administration with valid proof and reason.

Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
