Course Fee Refunds
- Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
- Refund requests will only be considered in cases where the institute is unable to offer the enrolled course or program.
- No refunds will be provided for students who voluntarily withdraw after admission or after the commencement of classes.
Exceptional Circumstances
- In rare cases of double payment or technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the administration with valid proof and reason.
Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
